Ro an I - Kaye Smith

This layout has also been created by Kaye Smith.  She is a busy lady however, and this layout was completed a few weeks ago.  This photo is very special to Kaye so I feel very lucky to have it on Scraptique's blog.

Kaye has used some of the beautiful Creative Imaginations Breathless Collection - Hanbury Street.  She has added tea dyed muslin and the Dusty Attic Wought Iron fence and Memories word, both sprayed with tattered Angels Glimmer Mist.

Kaye has also added a paper doilie and a small piece of script paper.  You could suppliment this for a book page or 7 Gypsies Venice collection - Marco.

Grandma and Grandad - Kaye Smith

This amazing layout was the first design team inspration by Kaye Smith. Kaye has used 7 Gypsies Venice Collection including Canal, Gondola and Marco to create this beautiful page of her Grandparents.

 As you can see Kaye has used an assortment of Scraptiques products including Muslin which she has tea dyed, Adorn-it tiny black alphas, Dusty Attic wrought iron fence which has been sprayed using Tattered Angels Charocal Chalk Mist and Tim Holtz idea-ology book plates.  All of these combined with distressing and stitching create a beautiful layout to be treasured.

Design Team Member

A big hello to you all and welcome to Kaye Smith.  She is my first design team member and a very talented scrapbooker.  She has been scrapbooking for many years now and has a great and unique style.

Sisters - Peta Vegvari

This layout by Peta Vegvari was created using 7Gypsies Victoria collection.  Peta has used Pandora and Fernwood with plenty of cutting and layering using scrapdots.  The sisters wordlet is an RW laser cut and has been sprayed with Olive Vine Glimmer Spray.  The base page has also been misted with Coffee Shop Glimmer Mist. The date is placed in a Tim Holtz idea-ology book plate. 

The bird is cut from a Sizzix die and covered in book pages and the wing has been inked and covered in Crackle Accents.

The flower on the right had been given extra dimension with muslin glimmer sprayed in the same 2 colours as above and smaller flowers punched from leftover paper.

You're Beeeee-utiful - Danielle Thompson

This amazing layout was done by Danielle Thompson.  She has use Cosmo Cricket Pixie-licious and has done some amazing cutting and 3D effects.  Papers used were Bloomin Babies, Fairy Rings and the Elements sheet and layered it all on a white cardstock base.  Danielle has also used the Pixie-Licious cardstock stickers to enhance her page.  She has also used one of the delightful Dusty Attic Flutterbies which she has glimmermisted in Deep Plum and Frozen Lake.  Beautiful work Danielle! (and your daughter is adorable).

Great to see some layouts coming in from wonderful customers.  Keep them coming, I would love to fill the pages with all your creations.

Steal a Kiss... By Peta Vegvari

How cute are these kids.  The range of paper is Prima Jack and Jill and the papers used were Prima Day Dreamer and Green Fields.  Crazy Peta has cut very carefully around Jill, the ladder, Jack and the tree branch and then placed the rest of the paper onto a white cardstock (American Crafts).  The Green Fields paper had been cut into sections and placed across the page.  The photos were then added and some bling and dimension with the Jack and Jill pebbles.  Finally using Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots, Jill and the rest of the cutout was put back into place and left popped up of a 3D effect...

Well I am finally at a point that I can get this blog up and running.  I am going to set up Scraptique's blog a little different to others in that I want YOU to be the stars.  As well as showcasing new products and layouts that we create I would love for you to email me layouts you have made with products you have bought from us and a little information on the creator.   We will then post them for you.  This way you can be published too!
