Merry Christmas - Danielle Thompson

Danielle Thompson has created a beautiful Christmas Layout using Creative Imaginations Christmas Traditions paper - Christmas Trees and Christmas Baubles.  A piece of cardstock has been placed to the back of the Christmas trees paper as Danielle has cut 3 of the trees out and mounted them with foam squares.

The title has been stamped and embossed using a red Zing emboss powder.  The baubles and trees have been accentuated with Ranger Distress Stickles Rock candy to create the snow effect.

I think you will agree with me, this is a stunning page showing the celebrations of a real life Christmas.  Thank you Danielle.

Christmas Presents - Danielle Thompson

What a stunning Christmas page Danielle has made with plenty of techniques.  Danielle has started with a white cardstock base which she has glimmer misted with Tattered Angels Peppermint Stick.  The pattern papers used are Creative Imaginations Traditions Snowy Day and Ornaments (which has been cut up)

Danielle has made the flower using paper and muslin and the Tim Holtz Tattered Flowers Sizzix Die layered.  Both have then been sprayed with the Pepermint Stick Glimmer Mist.  A few Zva pearls in the centre to complete.  The Star has been embossed with Zing Gold embossing powder for a shimmer effect.

The title and journalling are a mixture of American Craft Thickers White foam and Dear Lizzy Enchanted Strawberry Glitter thickers, Carolee's Adorn't it Alphas Ruby Red and computer font.

The baubles have been cut from the ornaments paper and layered on white cardstock and foam dotted up for extra dimension.  Danielle has used Ranger Distressed Stickles Rock candy to give the effect of snow.  A stunning page making use of many photos.  Beautiful work Danielle.

Dream - Peta Vegvari

This dreamy layout was made using the stunning Pink Paislee Parisian Anthology.  The layout was created with "Fancy Filigree", Lovely Lace" and "Parisian Elements".  Peta also used the "Ruffled Ribbon" strips and "Flower Darlings".  The bosdice was a Collections piece from her stash as were the Basic Grey title.

Peta has colour sprayed the base page with a mixture of Cranberry Zing, Dragonfly and Cotton Candy
Glimmer Mists, and as you can see below this shows the embossed image on the base page.

The title was also sprayed with the Dragonfly Glimmer Mist.

The bodice was covered in  "Fancy Filigree" paper and the Turquoise spot is from one of the left over elements.  This has been clear embossed with Zing embossing power for shimmer to match the page.  The flower is from the Parisian Anthology collection.

This layout was inspired by a layout from Rebecca Cross.  I loved the componants and altered them to suit my daughters favourite colour, Pink!

Tara - Leonie Vellender

Another beautiful layout from Leonie again using the My Minds Eye Lost and Found Portobello Road range.  this time Leonie has used "Buddies", "Party" Looking Glass and "Party" Celebrate papers.  Leonie has used some Prima flowers and Dusty Attic Leafy Stems.  Plenty of pearls and butterflies to add the extra WOW!

You & Me - Leonie Vellender

This stunning layout was created by a very talented Leonie.  Leonie has used the glittery georgousness of My Minds Eye lost and Found.  The papers used are Portobello Road "Family" and "Buddies".  Leonie has also used the "You & Me" Title word from the range and assorted flowers and brads.  A lace punch has added detail and pleated ribbon around the edges of the mat to frame.

Thankyou for sharing these inspirational layouts Leonie.  Look forward to seeing more of you work.

The Love Affair Begins - Peta Vegvari

I loved this Adorn it Rev em' Up range of papers.  Its nice do make a boys layout once in a while.  I have used all 3 papers from the range and in typical Peta style, a lot of cutting! The flames are cut from Fast Ride A, the checkered background Checkerd Flag and the cut out corners are from Fast Words.  The cogs are cut on a sizzix machine and left over scraps cover them.  The edges are stiched to finish it off.

I hope you like it!

Celebrate Friends - Kaye Smith

I love what Kaye has done with this beautiful My Minds Eye paper.  It is such beautiful paper with so much glitter all ready on it, Kaye decided not much needed to be done.  Se has cut and popped up some of the birds with scrap dots, added tea dyed muslin, some lace and beaded ribbon and a Dusty Attic Freinds wordlet.  With Kaye's trademark distressed edges, another stunning laout.

The Girl's Got Style - Peta Vegvari

I Love this layout.  The paper range is Scribble Scrabble Simply Stylish.  Peta has used the back of High Heels & Groovy Polka, Floral Fashion & Rough and the dresses to form the mask are cut from All Dressed Up & Black Polka.  The Dusty Attic Dress Form was inked with a black staz-on with some left over Prima bling for a touch of "style".  The Prima down the RH edge is a piece cut to make a long bling rather than a wide piece.

The dresses were cut from the All Dressed Up paper and using a removable tape were placed onto the creme cardstock and sprayed with Peppermint Stick glimmer mist.  The title was made up using American Craft Puffy Letter Thickers and Adorn-Its.

The last photo has been printed twice and with the main image being cut and poped up using foam dots.

Once Upon A Princess - Megan Vegvari

Taking after her mum, Megan, 9 years old, has made a beautiful layout using Adorn-It Once Upon A Time paper.  She has used Peppermint Stick glimmer mist and a little Olive Vine glimmer mist to spray a paper Doilie and finished the corner off with some Prima Jack and Jill flowers.  The bottom bling is a Prima crystal which has been cut for many uses.  Beautiful work Megan...
